The People´s Deputies suggest taking the note of the Report of the Temporary Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to investigate the Facts of Violation of the Constitution of Ukraine and Ukrainian Laws by the Officials of Kyiv State Administrations of Kyiv Region and its Executive Body.
The report of the Panel shall be directed to the President of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers, Prosecutor´s general Office of Ukraine, Ministry of the Internal Affairs, Security Service of Ukraine for the relevant reacting.
The Bill also recommends that the President of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers, Prosecutor´s general Office of Ukraine, Ministry of the Internal Affairs, Security Service of Ukraine take into the consideration the facts of the law violations by the Kyiv State Administration Officials that led to the critical state of the health protection, environmental protection spheres and technotronic security of the capital of Ukraine, impropriate managements of the public rights and land fund of the Kyiv city, economic groundless ratification, reduce of the cultural inheritance objects.
